an animation based on an interview with Maarten
Our assignment was to interview seniors and make an animation based on this. I had a fascinating 1.5 hour interview with Maarten. The most difficult part of this process was choosing only a few minutes to use in the film!
Because of the many colourful layers of our conversation, I chose to work with strata-cut clay animation and mixed media. It was my first time doing so and I enjoyed learning and experimenting along the way. The compositing I did in After Effects.
